With a background in fitness and a passion for empowering individuals, Milad combines in expertise in physical training with his knowledge of mindset strategies, financial planning, and faith-based character building to provide a comprehensive coaching experience.
Milad's programs are designed to uncover your true potential by removing ALL SELF DESTRUCTIVE HEALTH AND MONEY BEHAVIOURS, while teaching you how to RE-FRAME YOUR MINDSET.
As a single father of two, Milad faced numerous challenges after going through a difficult divorce. Along with the emotional toll of separation, he had to navigate the complexities of child custody arrangements while also dealing with his own vices. Despite these hardships, Milad made a courageous decision to confront his issues head-on.
Over time, he learned valuable lessons about resilience, forgiveness and personal growth, emerging stronger and more resilient in the face of adversity. Through these challenges and changes, this quickly became a passion & calling, to which now Milad helps many others who are struggling.
